Genuine Harmony Return Policy
At Genuine Harmony, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return process to ensure a smooth experience.
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
Return Process
1. Prepare Your Return
• Include the original packing slip in the return package.
• If the packing slip is unavailable, include a note with your full name and address to help us identify your order.
2. Ship Your Return
• Customers are responsible for purchasing return shipping labels.
• All returns must be shipped via USPS to the following address:

3. Quality Check & Processing
• Once received, we will inspect the items.
• Sealed and undamaged bottles will be restocked, and you will receive store credit for the cost of the bottle minus a $1.50 restocking fee per bottle.
• Opened, unsealed, or damaged bottles will not be eligible for a return and will be discarded.
Refund & Store Credit Policy
• All approved returns will receive store credit towards a future purchase.
• Refunds to the original payment method will only be issued for orders with incorrect or damaged items upon approval.
• Please allow 5-7 business days for processing once we receive your return.
Important Notes
• We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
